Results of work atmosphere survey exceeded the national average

Elenia’s values serve as the foundation of ethical and responsible operations and guide daily work and decision-making. Elenia’s values are: Being close to the customer, Accountable partner, Achieving together and Having the courage to renew. The Group carried out an extensive employee well-being project that strengthened Elenia’s commitment to its values.

The 2014 personnel survey focused on three areas of productive and smoothly running cooperation: competence, work environment and motivation. Elenia’s employees considered the work atmosphere survey to be an important channel of workplace development: the response rate was 87% at Elenia Oy and 90% at Elenia Lämpö Oy. The results of Elenia’s employee survey exceeded the national average.

In the coming years, Elenia’s human resources management will emphasise the development areas highlighted in the employee survey and management survey. Competence development needs will also be assessed based on performance assessment and goal setting discussions.
